14.6 - Release of Student Information and Access to Student Records

Information maintained by the University of Oklahoma about students, and in some instances former students, is covered under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Any office gathering such information and/or having custody of it shall release it only in accordance with this policy or as otherwise required by law.
