The Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) requires a verification statement upon completion of the IP to indicate completion of supervised practice requirements and establish eligibility to write the registration examination for dietitians. The verification statement is given when course requirements have been fulfilled and the final grade submitted. The IP Director will provide each graduate with five (5) verification statements. In addition, the IP files and keeps a copy of the verification statement indefinitely.
